In fact both my brother and his girlfreind were the inspiration for this Idea, I noticed how sure they are of their faith at such a young age. I also plan to attend youth group with them this sunday and might come with surveys to make it easier or just go one on one with some of the kids there.

One of the topics I looked into for my research paper was religion. At first I focused on the broad spectrum of theology, all different kinds of religion modern, ancient, even cults. I then I began to single out specific research topics. I could focus on the evolution of beliefs and research where most religions have their origins. If I focus on evolution of religion, or faith I would have to boil it down and try to focus on a single religion’s historic timeline rather than a broad overview of theology. Another religious Interest of mine is the modern religions like Wicca and Satanism, and of course Scientology do they have roots in old forgotten religions and mythology? Or are they made up all together?

Why exactly do we feel the way we do? This is how I began when thinking about my next topic of interest. How people think or feel while they’re listening to, or creating music? This has always been an enigma to me. In fact, how or why we as human beings feel, or react to any situation in general intrigues me but this being much too broad a topic I decided to take a more focused approach. Being a music lover, of all sorts, from hard rock, to avant-garde, to classical I figured this would be a perfect topic. Also I realized throughout my life that certain songs help me focus better, while others fill me with anger, sadness, joy etc. So how exactly does music influence our human emotions? Furthermore what about other animals emotions?

And finally the last topic I actually branched for m the broad focus of my last topic. Why exactly do we feel the way we do? This time I was curious as to how someone’s mood affects creativity, be it a strong viscous emotion, or a subtle one such as being bored. Sometimes I feel like destroying something so I take it out on pencil and paper. Sometimes I want someone to feel how I feel so I spell out a real nice message for them, on a canvas. It all depends on how I feel and It must be the same for everyone be it a sculptor, a painter, a dancer, a musician, or even a janitor… hey maintenance can be an art form, I mean can’t anything these days?

Research paper

Upon thinking up several interests for possible use in my upcoming research paper, a few good Ideas were spawned from "Things I'd like to learn more about". On the other hand a whole wave of ideas came to mind when focusing on "Things that piss me off". Dealing with the latter of the two ideas, I realized there are way too many things that piss me off, and that the majority deal with people and/or their actions, the problem being, they were all similar ideas based off similar anecdotes. In light of this problem I went with the old "quality over quantity" and decided stick to the aforementioned list. Here are some things I derived from my thoughts.

Things I would like to know more about:

-Buddhism
-Islam
-Satanism
-Paganism
-Wicca
-Christianity
-Theology in general

-Behavoral Disorders
-ADHD
-Autism
-Schitzofrenia

-How people think or feel while theyre listening to, or creating music.

-How your mood effects creativity (both subtle changes, and Intense)

-How the basic mechanics of a complex vehicle (i.e jet, or rocket) work
